Membership
Individual Membership
- Any individual working in the trust and trustee services, pensions, private banking, family offices, asset servicing, legal, accounting and other professional services fields
Corporate Membership
- Corporate applicants which are incorporated under the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance and granted with TCSP licence
- Other corporate applicants which only have TCSP licence should be required to have trust business related track record, such as trustee appointment, trust assets under administration, or key professional staff having experience relating to trust business in their past employment history, etc.
- Other professional firms, e.g. law firms, accounting or tax services firms and insurance companies.

Applications
- Applications for membership are invited from any corporation which is a trust company registered under section 79 of the Trustee Ordinance, as well as any other person, company or firm interested in the objects of the HKTA.
- Corporate applicants are asked to provide the names of up to three representatives (for corporate membership) with contact email addresses, phone and fax numbers. A brief background or history of the member should also be submitted together with a website address (if any).
- Upon approval of the application, full year membership fee HK$5,000 will be applied for Corporate member and HK$2,000 for Individual member if an applicant joins during 1 January and 30 June. Half year membership fee HK$2,500 will be applied for Corporate member and HK$1,000 for Individual member if an applicant joins during July-December.
