Legislation/Regulatory Sub-Committee (Joint)

This sub-committee is responsible for keeping the Association appraised of legislative and regulatory developments in Hong Kong affecting the trust industry. It coordinates HKTA's responses and comments on proposed legislative & regulatory changes. Where appropriate, it reaches out to the membership (by email or by way of, say, members forum) to solicit the industry's views.
