HKTA - Notices of 2023 Annual General Meeting (12 December 2023) and Election of Executive Committee Members Dear members, 1. Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Trustees’ Association Limited (the “Association”) will be held on Tuesday 12 December 2023, 10:00am at Deacons office, Room 14A & B, 14/F, Alexandra House, 18 Chater Road, Central, Hong Kong or via Zoom. Please refer to the AGM notice for more information. The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 and new Articles of Association are included inthe AGM notice. Please complete the reply slip and return to the Secretariat by1 December 2023. If you wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf at the Annual General Meeting, please complete and return the Proxy Form to the Secretariat at Room 739, 7/F, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong by 10:00am., 10 December 2023. Late proxy form will be treated as invalid. 2. Notice of an Election of Members of the Executive Committee Nominations are now sought for Election of Members of the Executive Committee 2024 (“the Election”). Pursuant to Article 47 of the Articles of Association, at each general meeting of the Association, the members of the Executive Committee shall retire from office but shall be eligible for re-election. Please refer to the nomination notice and nomination form for more details. All duly completed nomination forms must be returned to the Secretariat at Room 739, 7/F, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kongby 6:00 p.m., 4 December 2023. Late submission will not be accepted. The voting will be conducted during at the Association’s 2023 Annual General Meeting.
