Dear members,
Notice of General Meeting
A General Meeting (“GM”) of Hong Kong Trustees’ Association Limited (the “Association”) will be held on Friday, 8 August 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Office of Lombard Odier (Hong Kong) Limited at Unit 1601, Three Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong and via Zoom to approve the change of name of the Association. Please refer to the attached Notice of GM.
Members are invited to join the Association’s GM. Please complete and return the reply slip to indicate your availabilities by 22 July 2025.
If any Individual Member is unable to attend and wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf at the GM, please also complete and return the Proxy Form to the Secretariat at Room 739, 7/F, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong by 12:00 noon, 6 August 2025. Late proxy form will be treated as invalid.
For Corporate Members, please completethe Corporate Representative Appointment Form to authorise any person you think fit to act as your representatives at the GM and return the Forms to the Association’s Secretariat as soon as possible.
