Catherine Tsui, who is a Director in the Public and Non-profit Sector Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has kindly agreed to speak on her work on Collective Impact HK.
Collective Impact HK is a collective effort from the Government (Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund) and four private funders in addressing early educare needs for children from low income families. The focus of the talk will be on the journey of Collective Impact HK and reflections on what is working (and what's not) and how to better maximise collective efforts and giving going forward.

Catherine Tsui is a Director in the Public and Non-profit Sector Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 15 years of consulting experience. Catherine specialises in feasibility and impact assessments policy and legislative proposals development and consultation with a view to develop strategic options and implementation models that optimise public and private economic and social benefits. Over the years, she has worked with many government bureaus and departments; and statutory organisations, including: Department of Justice, Financial Services and Treasury Bureau, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Food and Health Bureau, Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, the Efficiency Unit, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.
In recent years, Catherine has focused more on the social and welfare sector and works closely with a number of not-for-profit organisations in addressing specific social issues, early educare for children from low income families, social and economic inclusion of non-Chinese speaking children, children from low socio-economic status families and disabled persons, food support services for the needy and community care for the elderly.
