ISO9001:2015 & ESG Reporting Seminar
10 Nov 2016Given that all companies listed on the HKEx will be required to comply with the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide (ESG Guide) or publicly justify why they do not, ESG has become the hottest trend in the business world helping corporate to recognize opportunities through its value creation capability.
ESG integration refers to the incorporation of ESG subject areas, aspects and key performance indicators into the corporate strategy and processes of the organization. This requires the incorporation of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other standards) into a single responsible management system. The ISO 9001: 2015 is designed to make the standard more generic for the ESG integration.
The 2-Hours seminar gives an understanding of how ISO9001 relate to ESG, which is suitable for both listed company and SME to gain insight on how core business processes can be lead to sustainable long term value creation for stakeholders.
The seminar will be conducted by Social Enterprise Research Institute (SERI), a non-profit organization specialize in ESG consultancy and training, partner with Responsible Management Standard Association (RMSA) UK, a certification body for ESG Management Standard and ESG professionals.

Dr. Peter Liao has been known as the Father of Knowledge Management in Asia. He is dedicated to the continuous development, promotion and application of management principles, models and techniques.
In the last 20 years, Dr. Liao developed different articles, research papers and books which are broadly adopted by corporations, universities, training organization. In 2015, he has been appointed as the Honorary Chairman by the Board of UN Global Compact Regional Network.
