HKTA: Notice from United Nations Security Council Sanctions in relation to South Sudan
26 Sep 2025The United Nations Sanctions (South Sudan) Regulation 2019 (Amendment) Regulation 2025 was published in the Gazette on 26 September 2025. Please refer to the Gazette Notice for details.
As holders of trust or company service provider licences are required to comply with relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements.
