Decisions, decisions?
Please join STEP / HKTA at an afternoon seminar to discuss recent case law developments in respect of powers and their exercise. What is the proper purpose of a power? What is the nature of protector powers? How should trust deeds and letters of wishes now be drafted?
Join an expert group of speakers to discuss the practical consequences for trustees and all trust advisors and other related issues.
