Joint Committee on Trust Law Reform Sub-Committee

This sub-committee is responsible for lobbying Financial Services and Treasury Bureau, the Legislative Council and other relevant bodies on trust law reform primarily with regard to the Trustee Ordinance but also in regard to peripheral legislation and areas affecting trustee and trust business in order to create an internationally competitive trust jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
