最佳行業準則小組委員會
最佳行業準則小組委員會的目標乃持續不斷地推動香港信託業到最佳的行業標準。它旨在通過發行『最佳作業準則及實踐指引』，以協助會員教育從業員最佳行業準則並落實應用有關準則。此原則及指引將有助提升我們的行業專業水平，並增強香港信託從業員的良好信譽。

以下為受託人專業操守的九個確立原則：
指導原則
1. 真誠地行事
2. 行事謹慎細心
3. 行事專業盡責
4. 維持個人誠信及處事之獨立性
5. 保持機密
6. 遵守有關法律及法則
7. 採取透明度高而有效的溝通方式
8. 維持良好管治
9. 根據服務計劃的對象和政策行事
專業守則分為四部份，涵蓋企業、退休金、私人和慈善信託的受託人應有操守。小組委員會還會就每位受託人在這這指導原則的四方面提供具體指引.
