The 2025 Annual Conference of the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association will be held on Saturday, 6 December, 2025 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.. Themed “Opportunities and Challenges for INEDs in Dual Listing Wave, Digital Asset Era & AI-Driven Risk", the conference will center on three key areas: dual listings, digital assets, and AI-driven risks. The event will feature keynote speeches and panel discussions.
Global capital markets are undergoing a profound transformation. As dual listings of Chinese concept stocks become the new norm, companies are facing increasingly complex regulatory frameworks and governance requirements.
