本小組委員會專責協助公會評估有關香港法例及法規發展對信託業的影響。它亦會統籌公會對草擬法例及法規修訂的回應及意見。如有需要，委員會可能接觸公會會員（如透過電郵或會員論壇）收集業界意見。
