On 28 March 2012 the joint working group, consisting of the HK Trustees' Association, the HK Investment Funds Association, the Institute of Financial Planners and and number of distributors, tax and legal professionals, held a seminar to discuss the latest developments on FATCA and their impact on financial institutions in Hong Kong.
