The Association operates through an Executive Committee which comprises a maximum of twelve members elected by the members. There are also Sub-Committees which deal with education best practices, legislation, government liaison, retirement schemes and China development.
The Sub-committees regularly arrange seminars and briefings on topics such as MPF, trust law and estate planning or any new or proposed legislation affecting the trust industry. They also make submissions on draft legislation on behalf of members to relevant government departments and advisory panels.
